We know you’re eager to get your adventures underway so we work hard to get your new Veer gear to you as quickly as possible.
Veer optimizes your cart so items ship from the nearest shipping facility where inventory exists in order to minimize delivery time (and cost, if you choose an expedited method). However, delivery estimates are dependent upon a variety of factors, including weather and other disruptions. Also note that Veer may also be required to verify identity and/or address information which may cause shipping delays.
We feel the need for speed! In Stock items ordered by noon EDT Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) ship that day. In Stock items ordered after noon EDT, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
Pre-order or out of stock items will ship separately in the future. In other words, if some items on your order are In Stock and some items are not, In Stock items will be separately shipped now.
All orders at goveer.com receive free ground shipping! We are able to ship to valid United States addresses. Some items, such as replacement parts, can also ship to Canadian addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or military bases (APO/FPO addresses).
Shipments to some regions can take up to 7 days and shipments to Hawaii may take longer. If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose that option at checkout.
We ask that you report any missing items or packages within 2 weeks of delivery date so that we can address the issue with our carrier(s) within their required time lines.
We want you to be 100% delighted with your Veer Cruiser and accessories.
For goveer.com purchases: You may return any unused item with original packaging and contents (including hangtags, user instructions, manuals, warranty cards and wrappings) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Items that are received as a gift and returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please contact email@example.com or 888-961-VEER (8337) for a Return Authorization. We will provide you with Free Return Shipping. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
For retailer purchases: Purchases made through an authorized retailer must be returned to the retailer and will be subject to their return policies.

This Log Data may include information such as your Internet protocol (“IP”) address, Internet service provider, browser type, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We may use a third party to analyze these analytics to understand visitor behavior and experience. Age. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13. We use every measure to safeguard your personal information. Veer uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We also have appropriate security measures in place at our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. As with any online or offline company, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Unlike many companies in the juvenile space that are actually distributors, Veer aspires to a higher standard. We invest in fundamental research, engineering and development. With a team of seasoned industrial and mechanical engineers on our team, we innovate with materials, form and function to create products that make it fun and easy for modern families to build rich, lifelong connection. Like a musician or an artist, we believe that true creativity should be rewarded with copy protection; we invest in intellectual property and we defend our rights vigorously.
We pursue and have been awarded patents across the world, with many more pending. Presently, we have 7 patents and patent applications issued and pending. Most of these are prosecuted in North America, the European Union, and Asia.
Issued patents in the U.S. include 9,108,656, 9,242,663, 9,358,445 and 9,469,324.
